BIRTHDAY ROOM RENTAL
Price — $190
- Includes admission for 15 children, plus free admission for accompanying adults, for a total of up to 30 guests.
- Must have 1 adult for every 5 children

BOOKING & PAYMENT
- A full payment is required to reserve your party date and time. This is refundable if canceled more than 14 days in advance.
- Final payment for any additional guests is due on the day of your party.
- Your party is not officially booked until a GRCM team member confirms your request by phone or email—usually within 3 business days of your form submission.
PARTY GUIDLINES
- You may begin setting up 30 minutes before your reserved time.
- Clean-up must be completed within your reserved time
- Must have 1 adult for every 5 children
Not allowed for safety & cleanliness:
- Latex balloons
- Nuts or common allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, latex)
- Glitter, confetti, stickers, or silly string
- Piñatas, outside entertainers, or hired decorators
- Open flames (other than a briefly lit birthday candle)
