Engagement & Volunteer Specialist

Great River Children’s Museum is seeking an organized, creative, and relationship-focused Engagement & Volunteer Specialist to help bring our educational mission to life. This full-time position plays a vital role in coordinating engaging educational programs, supporting hands-on learning experiences, and leading our volunteer program.

 

Working closely with the Director of Education & Engagement, you’ll help implement curriculum and educational activities, coordinate program logistics, recruit and support volunteers, and build meaningful relationships with families, educators, and community partners. Every day offers opportunities to create memorable experiences that inspire children to explore, discover, and learn through play.

 

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people of all ages, and is passionate about creating welcoming, inclusive experiences for every guest.
