Booking & Payment
- Full payment due upon confirmation.
- Cancellations within 14 days are non refundable
- You will receive email or text confirmation once your request in accepted.
Party Guidelines
- You’re welcome to bring your own food and cake!
- Basic table setup includes tables, chairs, and trash bins.
- You may begin setting up 30 minutes before your reserved time.
- Clean-up must be completed within your reserved time.
- Must have 1 adult for every 5 children
Items not allowed for safety & cleanliness
- Latex balloons
- Nuts or common allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, latex)
- Glitter, confetti, stickers, or silly string
- Piñatas, outside entertainers, or hired decorators
- Open flames (other than a briefly lit birthday candle)
