A collaboration between the Culinary Studio and Great River Children’s Museum
Get ready to knead, twist, roll, and bake! Great River Children’s Museum is partnering with the Culinary Studio to bring Dough Lab: Rise + Shine – a hands-on mini-camp where young bakers discover the magic of yeast dough and walk away with warm, golden, totally delicious creations every single day.
Each morning, campers will roll up their sleeves and dive into a brand-new doughy adventure – from gooey cinnamon rolls to twisty pretzels with dipping sauces to their very own mini calzones. Along the way, they’ll build real kitchen skills, learn how ingredients work together, and gain the kind of confidence that only comes from making something with their own two hands.
Whether your child is a curious beginner or a budding baker, Dough Lab is the perfect summer morning – messy, fun, and absolutely delicious.

Camp Details
June 23–25, 2026 Tuesday–Thursday | 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM Ages 7–12 | $200 per camper
BONUS: Stay & Play for $5 per day. Campers and their caregivers are invited to stay & play at the museum after camp for $5 per person. Just let the team know when you arrive and they will set it up!
Spots are limited to 20 campers, so early registration is encouraged. Come rise, shine, and bake something amazing!
